Tijdelijk Verblijf is voor mensen die tijdelijk 24-uurs zorg nodig hebben. Dat kan zijn na een ziekenhuisopname, of omdat het thuis (tijdelijk) niet gaat. Het doel is dat u zo snel mogelijk weer naar huis terugkeert en daar zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunt wonen. Om op onze afdeling terecht te kunnen, moet u een indicatie voor eerstelijnsverblijf hoog complex hebben."
